My website is not working – Could Astra be the reason?

March 29, 2018 March 10, 2020

This is not a good situation to be in, we understand that. Our team would do everything possible to make sure your website is up & running again if Astra is the cause. 9/10 times chances are that Astra is not the cause for your website not working. You can start by following the steps below to check if Astra is the cause:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’
  2. Turn ‘Astra Protection’ to ‘off’

    is Astra the problem
  3. The above two steps would turn Astra off from your website. Now you should see if your website is working or not.

If it works well, then Astra could have been the cause & should contact us via Support tab so that our engineers can find & fix the problem. If the website still isn’t working, chances are that Astra isn’t the cause. We recommend you to consult your developers or hosting company for more information.

If you’re still out of solutions, please feel free to reach out via ‘Support’ tab or chat 🙂
