How to raise a support ticket from your Astra dashboard?

By following these simple steps, you can raise a support ticket from your dashboard.

  1. Login to your dashboard and navigate to the “Support” tab which is on the top.
  2. Now you’ll see two options, if you have any query regarding Astra, click on “Have a question about Astra?” or if you are facing any issue click on “Facing an issue?”.
  3. On clicking the “Have a question about Astra?” button, You’ll be able to see a search bar where-in you can find answers to all your queries. To make your work easier, all the common troubleshooting articles of each category are loaded in a list format.
  4. If you can’t find anything related to your issue, you can submit a support ticket to seek further help. You can fill in these details: “Website, subject, Type of the issue from the list and Description of the issue” in the form given below to submit a ticket.
  5. Once you’ve filled the form, click on the ‘Submit’ button. Your ticket has been raised successfully.
  6. In case, if you’re facing an issue click on “Facing an issue?”. On clicking the button you’ll see a search bar where you can search for articles related to your issue.
  7. If you can’t find anything related to your issue, you can submit a support ticket to seek further help. You can fill in these details: “Website, subject, Type of the issue from the list and Description of the issue” in the form given below to submit a ticket.
  8. Once you’ve filled the form, click on the ‘Submit’ button. Your ticket has been raised successfully.
