How to raise a support ticket from your Astra dashboard

To raise a support ticket from Astra dashboard please follow the below steps –

  1. Login to your Astra dashboard
  2. Navigate to Support tab from the top
  3. Click on ‘New Support Ticket’ or Search for your query in our knowledge base (Example – Whitelist IP, Block Country, Add team member, Trust Seal etc.)
