By following these simple steps, you can raise a support ticket from your dashboard.
- Login to your dashboard and navigate to the “Support” tab which is on the top.
- Now you’ll see two options, if you have any query regarding Astra, click on “Have a question about Astra?” or if you are facing any issue click on “Facing an issue?”.
- On clicking the “Have a question about Astra?” button, You’ll be able to see a search bar where-in you can find answers to all your queries. To make your work easier, all the common troubleshooting articles of each category are loaded in a list format.
- If you can’t find anything related to your issue, you can submit a support ticket to seek further help. You can fill in these details: “Website, subject, Type of the issue from the list and Description of the issue” in the form given below to submit a ticket.
- Once you’ve filled the form, click on the ‘Submit’ button. Your ticket has been raised successfully.
- In case, if you’re facing an issue click on “Facing an issue?”. On clicking the button you’ll see a search bar where you can search for articles related to your issue.
- If you can’t find anything related to your issue, you can submit a support ticket to seek further help. You can fill in these details: “Website, subject, Type of the issue from the list and Description of the issue” in the form given below to submit a ticket.
- Once you’ve filled the form, click on the ‘Submit’ button. Your ticket has been raised successfully.
