Q. Where can I get my unique link?
A. Login to your dashboard and click on the gift box icon in the top bar. It will lead you to referral page, here you will be able to access your unique link and also track the status of your referrals.
Q. How do I know that my friend has successfully signed up using my referral code?
A. For every successful sign-up using your referral code, you will receive an email on your registered Astra email address. You will also see an entry on your referral page under the “The number of people you’ve secured!” section.
Q. When will I get rewarded?
A. The amount will be sent in the account associated with the PayPal email you save within 45 days of successful referral provided you have entered the PayPal email.
Q. Where can I save my PayPal email address?
You can save your PayPal email address on the refer page itself. Please ensure that you save the correct PayPal email. Once saved, you’ll have to raise a support ticket to change it.
Q. How can I change my PayPal email address?
A. Please raise a support ticket to change the PayPal email address.
Q. My reward says Pending?
A. You will be rewarded within 45 days of a successful referral. Till the time the reward is not sent, you will see “Pending” against your reward. As soon as the reward is paid out, you will see a tick mark in place of pending.
Q. Is there any other way I can get my reward?
A. Currently, we use PayPal to send these rewards, there is no other way you can redeem these rewards. Please make sure that you enter your PayPal email ID for us to process the rewards.
Astra reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time, to limit the amount of referral rewards you are eligible to receive, and to refuse or recover any promotion award if Astra determines that it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening the account, or that any terms of the Astra Terms and Conditions have been violated.
