API calls timeout error

Our API’s were trying to establish communication with your website’s server, but they received no response and were timed out.

Possible causes for the same are:

  1. Any other security solution is being used alongside Astra, like Mod Security (server-side security solution) or Cloudflare (WAF) is blocking our API calls.
  2. Astra’s IP’s aren’t allowed to access your website’s server.  A possible fix would be to whitelist these IPs:
    1. 18.209.148.132
    2. 122.180.241.66
    3. 87.190.14.210.
  3. The site is not accessible in general or an HTTP 403 error is being thrown.
